EpollLink Systems LLC is registered in Wyoming, United States. Please read these terms carefully to understand your rights and guidelines on our platform.
This document serves as the official safety, privacy, and compliance guidelines for the Locs.Club platform. Last updated: May 30, 2026.
1. Account Creation and Eligibility
By registering for an account on Locs.Club, you agree to the following conditions:
Age requirement: You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your region) to register and use the services.
Information accuracy: You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete registration information.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and account credentials.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
Locs.Club is built on mutual respect and cultural expression. To protect our community from abuse and malicious actors (黑产), we strictly prohibit:
Automated registration: Using bots, scripts, scrapers, or other automated utilities to bulk create accounts or crawl profiles.
Spam & Advertisement: Flooding users with unsolicited commercial offers, sending bulk friend requests, or hijacking community feeds.
Malicious uploads: Uploading malware, virus payloads, trojans, SVG script payloads, or HTML pages designed to capture user session tokens.
System Tampering: Attempting to bypass API rate limits, exploit connection handshakes, or disrupt IM network servers.
3. Fees, Payments, and Loctician Quotes
Our platform facilitates consulting and service billing between locticians and clients:
Service Quotes: Locticians can issue binding service quote cards inside chat sessions outlining duration, pricing, and deposit requirements.
Deposit Escrow: When a client accepts a quote requiring a deposit, payment is processed securely via Stripe. Deposits are held in accordance with our booking dispute terms.
Fees: Platform service fees and commissions are calculated transparently and shown prior to final billing.
4. Content Ownership & Licensing
You retain full ownership of the intellectual property you publish on the platform:
Creator Rights: Images, care logs, and text published on your Locs Journey timeline remain your property.
Content License: By publishing content on public areas of the platform (e.g., Journey feeds), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it within the platform context.
Takedown Rights: We reserve the right to temporarily hide (hidden status) or permanently remove content that receives multiple user reports (举报) pending admin audit.
5. Account Termination & Deletion
We provide you with clear mechanisms to terminate your relationship with the platform:
Voluntary Deletion: You can delete your account at any time via your settings. Deleting your account initiates the permanent scrubbing/anonymization of your profile details.
Suspension for Abuse: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Acceptable Use rules, engage in automated botting, or trigger repetitive security flags.
